OK, this was as far as I got today, but let's pretend it's more "done' and start talking about it!

Sorry for the delayed response, been sick this whole week =/

I really love the head and torso with all the inclusion of the team/energy color. I can't wait to see it in game...a player way across the dark and desaturated arena, glowing bright...gonna look awesome.

I had a few hours to draw today, and I wanted to work on the player's head. Thoughts?

Quite interesting. I like the side profile a lot, but I'm not so keen on the things coming down from his head on each side of his neck in the front view...makes it look Egyptian or something =)

Some work I did over the weekend on the player's profile. Stepped back from that more refined look and went a bit chunkier as per my normal style. Stay tuned for more this week.
